These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Bandit4D ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Bandit4D online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bandit4d.cam and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Bandit4D operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, and related gaming services to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All games available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes.

By accessing, registering with, or using the Bandit4D Platform in any capacity, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if registered, close your account.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Unless the context requires otherwise, these definitions apply wherever the relevant term appears.

To register and maintain an Account with Bandit4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Bandit4D reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not eligible to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Bandit4D or any of its affiliated entities, or the immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the Bandit4D Platform for any reason that has not been formally resolved.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity for entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, systematic exploitation of promotions, or professional gambling strategies designed to circumvent the house edge may result in account restriction.

Each eligible person may register only one Account with Bandit4D. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Bandit4D will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including fictitious names, incorrect dates of birth, or invalid contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.
• You may not share your Account credentials with any third party, transfer your Account to another person, or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• Bandit4D reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed and transactions processed, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

To complete the KYC verification process and unlock full withdrawal functionality, Bandit4D may request copies of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Submission of these documents is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding the applicable threshold is processed.

Bandit4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier. These limits are subject to change and your VIP tier level.
• Bandit4D does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Bandit4D bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes.
• Bandit4D reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above specified thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any deposit made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your Account and wagered. Please contact support before wagering if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation times and may take between 15 and 30 minutes to credit, depending on blockchain congestion. Bandit4D bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party blockchain networks.

Bandit4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to restrictions based on jurisdiction, payment method, or account status.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• During any active bonus, a maximum bet cap applies per round. The standard maximum bet per spin or round while using bonus funds is MYR 250, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, sports bets, and lottery products may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have validity windows within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Standard validity periods are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in bonus forfeiture.
• Bandit4D reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any associated wagering requirement is also nullified.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated account use to circumvent bonus restrictions, constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in the cancellation of bonuses and account suspension.
• Some promotions may carry a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the Bandit4D Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective software supplier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules are more favourable to the Player.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not subject to manipulation by Bandit4D or any third party. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided. Bandit4D's decision in such circumstances is final and binding.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to your bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time.
• Bandit4D reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a pricing error, system error, or an obvious mistake in odds or game parameters.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and bet types. These limits are communicated within the individual game interfaces or terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bandit4D Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

• Registering multiple accounts for any reason, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent platform rules.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and subject to recovery.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the source or nature of funds. Bandit4D cooperates fully with relevant authorities in detecting and reporting suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bandit4D staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activities, including stolen payment instrument credentials.

Bandit4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to, suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance is frozen for the duration of the investigation. Bandit4D aims to complete account investigations within 30 business days.
• Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from such funds are subject to forfeiture. Real money deposits may be returned at Bandit4D's discretion after deducting any costs incurred.
• Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gambling Policy and result in permanent Account closure that cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Bandit4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage Players to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders to monitor how long they have been active on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders can be configured to display time elapsed and net win/loss during the current session.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bandit4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

• Bandit4D does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may periodically affect availability.
• Bandit4D shall not be liable for losses arising from delays, failures, or errors in processing transactions caused by third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or the DuitNow network.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect display of winnings or an incorrect crediting of funds, Bandit4D reserves the right to correct such errors. Any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error are not considered to be Player funds and may be recovered.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Bandit4D's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on the Bandit4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Bandit4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Bandit4D.
• Game content is owned by the respective software providers and is used under license. The relevant providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Your use of the Bandit4D Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms a binding part of this agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where consent is given). Bandit4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the change taking effect, except where urgent changes are required to address security concerns, legal compliance, or technical issues.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 9.
